Client scans your QR Code in Store which is Automatically generated , Installs Application and Registers Client goes to menu and chooses the items, when client completes order , the order will print on the restaurant thermal printer and or email ! The POS System will be notified that the Order came in.

KITCHEN CREW PREPARES ORDER

Then Restaurant owner receives order on POS System , then automatically prints on thermal printer when the owner sends notifications to clients mobile device if order is being processed. 

 

KITCHEN CREW TAKES OUT FOOD AND DISPATCHES DRIVER

Then Restaurant owner receives order on POS System , then automatically prints on thermal printer when the owner sends notifications to clients mobile device if order is being processed. Kitchen Chef will initiate the order either by tablet or phone and when he/she does that the customer will be notified the chef is preparing your order.  The Kitchen Crew will prepare the order , if order is set for pickup or delivery each order will be designated to a special column for the chef to see.  When food is prepared and put in the oven a notification will be sent to the customer that the food is being prepared and soon will be finished. When food is out of the oven and being prepared to be dispatched the customer will be notified with a ETA Arrival of his/her order.

CUSTOMER RECEIVES FOOD

Happy Customer receives food order with updated notification on the fly and customer will rate the cook or driver when order is delivered ! Customer and Restaurant Crew will be notified via notification when the order is PICKED-UP, IN TRANSIT and DELIVERED
